working with you

Kabuki understands that every event is unique, with its own objectives and individual audience. With the application of clear project management guidelines and high production values at the heart of our response, we’ll ensure that we exceed your expectations and guarantee a return on investment.

Our tried and tested Project Management Guidelines (PMGs) allow us to apply a transparent process to manage your project and everything it involves. Kabuki applies four key elements to every project, which are;

  • The brief
  • The design or creative
  • The budget
  • The project schedule

To support these key elements, we will monitor the progress of the project with regular communications, contact reports and a constant process of consultation.

This will ensure you don’t have any surprises (other than those we plan for of course!)
