Thank you to all of the creative and technical team for a blast and excellent event delivery of the American Express GCC Sales Conference. Ajay working for The Alternative as Executive Producer to project manage and deliver the production aspects of this conference.

For those of you that have travelled to South India you will probably know the taste of a dosa. A large flat crispy fried roll of gram flour that is filled with any number of items. I have been waiting weeks, months and even a couple of years to order this monster, the 6ft family dosa at Sarasvati Bhavans restaurant in Tooting Broadway. Check it out.

Discovered this place through Sally Holland took me to lunch there last week. As it was a nice sunny Sunday (but freezing cold) I took the family to experience the delights and it was fantastic. Highly recommended but the Parekh’s.
