Ajay is the owner of Kabuki Productions and is a highly experienced event producer and project director.
He has produced projects in numerous countries around the world for a host of public and private sector clients, including British Airways, UBS, Land Rover, BT, Orange, Coca Cola and Schroders.
Ajay’s professional highlights include:
- Working as second assistant director to Anthony Minghella on the feature film Truly, Madly, Deeply.
- Being the executive producer for British Airways’ London Eye Millennium Eve launch event.
- Writing, directing and producing an eight-minute film on ICT in Europe during the UK’s presidency of the EU in 2005.
- Staging an opera on the hilltops of Rome.
- Producing a range of video and animated films for Unilever.
- Producing the Atomic Weapons Establishment’s annual conference for 6,500 staff since 2008.
- His award-winning, Europe-wide conference production for Schroders.
With 20 Years experience in the Events Industry working at senior management level with a range of Blue Chip international companies Ian has developed a combination of Knowledge, creative flair and attention for detail. Recently joining Kabuki In the role of Producer and Account Director Ian brings an enthusiasm and Passion for the Industry that endears him to clients and colleagues alike.
As Account Director Ian has a key role in the development of the Kabuki Company Strategy, building strong client relationships within the Kabuki main accounts and combines his role with driving the project management team on a range of complex live events.
As an accomplished Producer Ian is also involved with the creative development of events from the initial brainstorm, the concept, the pitch and the final delivery.
Limara joined Kabuki in November 2010. Limara trained at Manchester University and has a BA in Marketing and Management. She is responsible for the coordination of all processes directly relating to a wide variety of projects including marketing, logistics, communications and client management.
In the short time that Limara has been with Kabuki she has helped deliver a wide range of projects for the likes of Rolls Royce, American Express, Unilever, Dolce Hotels and Resorts, Musicing and many others.
Christine recently joined Kabuki at the end of July.
Christine completed a degree in Business Management at the University of the West of England in 2010 and went on to do a short term contract as a production assistant in Kentucky, America. She also gained experience in event management working as assistant secretary at a large agricultural show in Surrey for three years.
Christine has recently completed working on the Celebrate Awards show for AWE.
Jane joined Kabuki in May 2011 as the Accounts Executive.
Before retraining as a bookkeeper and becoming a member of the IAB, Jane spent 16 years working for Schroder Investment Management working across Emerging Markets Funds, Foreign Exchange dealing, Latin American dealing and UK pension funds. In 2000 she was the project coordinator for the team that delivered the on-line evaluation system for SIM clients across the board.
Gareth specialises in technical production management. He is responsible for the construction and technical aspects of Kabuki events, including equipment and crew.
Gareth’s experience in technical event management spans more than 20 years. He has worked on a wide range of events for a variety of major multinational companies, including Barclays, American Express, Zanussi, Orange, Bristol-Myers Squibb and Microsoft.
James has over a decade of experience in creative production management, including graphic design, film and television and live event production.
He has worked for a range of public and private sector clients across the world, including the Department for Business Enterprise and Regulatory Reform (BERR), the Royal Mint, the NHS, Eli Lilly, Bristol-Myers Squibb and Amgen.
Charlotte has over a decade of experience in the live events and conference industry, working on projects for a wide range of corporate and public sector companies.
Beginning her career in trackside licensing for the likes of Ferrari and Ducati, she moved into live events and has worked around the world for companies and organisations such as Nokia, Schroders, Eli Lilly, the Home Office and the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
Rick is an expert video director and editor. Highly experienced in the corporate and public sector, he has worked for the BBC, Apple, Sky TV and Reuters, among others.
In addition, Rick is the editor for MacVideo.tv, a website devoted to video on the Mac and camera technology, and is the author of The Focal Easy Guide to Final Cut Pro, a highly regarded guide to video editing.
